Foam material does not absorb water or dirt during washing, is stable and lightweight. For many types of car wash installations, this is crucial to ensure proper adjustment and safe washing results. Brushcom can provide different types of foam for top brushes. 4x4mm cutted foam, CCT-Foam or Star-Shaped foam, we offer a solution for every brand and type of car wash installation.

The 4x4mm foam is available in brush mats and can be supplied in many colours. Star-Shaped foam is characterized by its high reach and is available in segments with a diameter of 1000mm or 1350mm. These segments are pushed around a shaft. Our newest innovation is a C-channel top brush equipped with CCT-foam. CCT-foam is a closed-cell foam with 3D structure developed by Brushcom. The 3D structure enhances extra washing power and Velcro connectors enable quick replacement of the segments. Furthermore, it's possible to complement the C-channel top brush with CCT-foam segments with other materials such as our Hybrid material.
