Brushcom develops cores and shafts suitable for every brand and type of car wash system. We are in possesion of moulds for extrusion of aluminum profiles in various shapes and lengths. The most important is our C-core shaft with 42 channels where segments can be changed quickly and easily. Read more about our new C-core shaft below. In addition, we have a large database with dimensions of almost all brands and types of car wash systems. Shafts for side brushes, rockers, top brushes, with or without C-core, we can provide a suitable shaft for every situation. By using the most modern 3D drawing systems and best professionals, we can design and produce upon your specific request.

C-Core: strong and durable
C-core is the most widely used shaft system for express car washes. Brush segments can be changed quickly and easily by sliding segments into the C-shaped channels. Recently, Brushcom has designed a new C-core shaft. This shaft is extruded in one piece and therefore, no weak spots are found as a result of welding. For this reason, our C-core is extremely strong and durable. The 42 channels can be equipped with different materials by attaching it to a perfectly fitting plastic profile. This enables both vertical and horizontal use of our C-core shaft.
Because of the availability of 42 channels, there's a great deal of flexibility in using these channels. For example, if 21 of the 42 channels are filled, the brush is filled sufficiently to look good and enhance satisfactory wash or drying results The channels will wear through use, but 21 free channels will remain unoccupied and will not wear. These channels can still be used when replacing the brush material in a later stage. For this reason, the lifespan of our new C-core shaft is many times longer. Additionaly, the larger diameter of the shaft ensures that in most cases segments can be exchanged without the need to demount the shaft.
Flanges, adapter systems and other connectors
Each brand of car wash system has its own fitting. Because we have a large database with dimensions, we are able to link every shaft to every brand of machine. We can supply both the flanges as the shafts.
Many American machine manufacturers use a solid inner shaft. We can provide these shafts with a clamp and / or slide fit to be able to use a C-core system. We are eager to provide a suitable solution for every situation.
