CCT Foam is a high-quality closed cell foam developed by Brushcom with an unmatched high density of 95 kg / m3. CCT Foam is the first generation of 100% closed-cell foam that is used for the production of car wash brushes. Conventional materials all have “open skin” because blocks of foam material are split into thin strips, which means that closed cells are cut open. These cells can absorb light contamination, making this type of foam material very difficult to clean. 

What makes CCT Foam unique? 

CCT Foam has undergone a heat surface treatment where all the open cells are closed. As a result, no dirt can settle inside the structure. The material is provided with a 3D texture so that the washing result is greatly improved compared to conventional foam materials. CCT Foam does not absorb any water or dirt during the washing process, this makes the material extremely suitable for use on the first sets of brushes and / or or the lower washing zones in a car wash to remove "rough" dirt. On top of that, the material is perfectly suitable for car wash systems where weight gain due to the water absorption of the washing material is not desired. This, among other things, is the case with many roll-over systems and electrically controlled equipment of different car wash systems. CCT Foam is ideal as a base material in combination with MicroAct, MicroWash, DryPolish, or MicroDry. By combining the properties of different materials, unique Hybrid solutions are created.
