Every manufacturer of car wash systems has its own vision about drying brushes. There are many variations in many different types and sizes. The biggest difference is if the side brushes are driven from a top connection or a bottom connection and if the machinery is electric or hydraulic. But they all have one thing in common; Brushcom can provide the brush material and, if desired, completely assembled with a new shaft.

By means of the most modern 3D CAD drawing systems, we can design and optimize any desired brush contour. From OEM to customized contours, with the help of the software we can offer you the possibility to experience the product before production. In this way, we can tweak and optimize according to your wishes. Brushcom also produces shafts in order to guarantee an 100% fit in every car wash system. 

Side or wrap around drying brushes can be equipped with different kind of materials. Most common is a mix of our MicroDry and DryPolish material. Check our materials page for more information or ask our experts for advice!
