Cleaning rims is perhaps the biggest challenge and one of the most discussed topics in the car wash industry. Every situation requires a specific solution and that is why we offer different types of wheel brushes.

The Easy Fix stepped wheel brush combines high segments with a hair length of 350mm and low segments with a hair length of 250mm. These segments are placed alternately on the shaft and the difference in hair length will cause the wheel brush to pressurize and depressurize. This ensures the stepped wheel brush will clean the deepest points of the rim.

Easy Fix segments can be changed easily and with minimum effort. Due to the modular construction with segments of 100mm wide, individual segments can be exchanged when they are worn.
